Yacht Tri-Chum
51' Trimaran -
Norman Cross design with special features |
|
Description
Tri-Chum” is a very
spacious, well maintained and proven long term CRUISING
trimaran. Originally built for exclusive dive charters,
she has a king-size lazerette at the stern which opens
out to a diving platform with a drop down ladder. This
provides immense storage for dive equipment, dinghies
and all the big stuff. She has vast storage and lockers
throughout. There are two large cockpits with 4 lockers
holding awnings that cover three quarters of her
sizeable decks. The four double berths stretch right
across the floats. All have 6’ headroom with lockers
& hanging space. There is easy access to the engine,
the water tanks and freezer are stainless steel and gone
are the days of the helmsman battling outside alone! The
inside helm station with Autopilot and high backed
leather seat make watch-keeping a pleasure in any
weather. Despite her size, she is easy to sail
shorthanded, plus the nine watertight compartments give
you great peace of mind. She has only had one owner,
(her creator) and he has just refurbished her again
inside and out. Tri-Chum has all the home comforts and
an awesome galley to delight any cook…..there are far
too many features to describe in just 200 words!! If our
small description here is appealing, request our slide
show with full details. |
