"This annual transatlantic rally starting
each November in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, has now become the most
popular way to cross the Atlantic. The largest transocean sailing event
in the world, every year the ARC brings together over 150 yachts from
all over the world. The Caribbean destination is Rodney Bay in St.Lucia,

12 and 24 days". |

ARC Europe |
Hosted by World Cruising Club
"Based on the popular rally format of the
Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), ARC Europe, is a cruising rally
crossing the Atlantic from West to East at the end of the Caribbean
season. ARC Europe attracts entries from ARC boats returning to Europe,
as well as boats from the American seaboard wanting to cross the
Atlantic in an organised rally to visit Europe and the Mediterranean. By
breaking the crossing into several legs, the ARC Europe helps make the
passage more enjoyable. As in the ARC, a daily radio position reporting
net will be run whilst the boats are at sea, and parties and activities
organised ashore". |

Rally Portugal information
Rally Portugal
website
|
Hosted by World Cruising Club
Yachting Monthly Rally Portugal is an
event for cruising yachts and motor boats wishing to cross the Bay of
Biscay and to explore the coast of Portugal whilst enjoying sailing in
warm sunny waters. By combining a crossing of Biscay in company, with
coastal cruising and activities ashore in Portugal, the Rally has plenty
to offer everyone from the experienced long distance cruiser, to those
sailing out of home waters for the first time. A duration of three weeks
makes the Rally ideal for a summer off-shore cruise, or as the start of
an extended voyage to the Mediterranean, across the Atlantic, or even
around the World. |

Blue Water Round the World Cruising Rally |
Hosted by
Blue Water Rallies
"The Blue Water Round The World Cruising
Rally provides an opportunity for cruising yachtsmen to realise their
dream and to circumnavigate the globe in their own yacht. Aimed at crews
sailing with families and friends, the Rally enjoys a 'club' atmosphere
and there is no racing whatsoever as the Rally sails at leisure through
some of the most beautiful cruising areas of the world. Independent
cruising is actively encouraged, although a dedicated and highly
experienced support team will be on hand at main ports of call to
provide professional back-up and help to ensure safety, confidence ….
and fun". |

"During our Blue Water Rallies we have
