diseases and precautions for each country are all available
below, as well as online self diagnosis and direct links to a
doctor who will give advice and consultations online.
We also have
lists of medical kit contents that you can put together yourself
as well as commercial kits you can buy.
Using
local medical help and advice may be faster and
more reliable than using online systems for
advice from doctors. During our circumnavigation we
successfully used local doctors in several third
world countries as well as private
hospitals which were not expensive on the whole
and would provide immediate consultations with
doctors. If you cannot get to such services
then maybe the online services will be of some
help.

visit. You have to enter the date and duration of the visit as
